You are going to receive a schedule that looks very complicated and seems to be impossible. It really isn't!
A sample schedule for a 5th grade student is
Cycle Elective or LA
Math/Science
Lunch
LA/SS
Cycle Elective or LA
Before you come to school, try to figure out what your first cycle is for an A Day. It will be your responsibility to know what classes you need to go to because everyone will have a different schedule. Of course, all of the teachers and adults in the school will try their best to help you on the first few days to find your classrooms. However, it will help you if you take a tour of the school before school starts.

Dismissal
At LMS, you can either leave school by bus or parent pick up.
Parent Pick Up is right outside the main office. Since you will be in 5th grade, you will need to be responsible to remember that you will be picked up. Ask your parents to write you a note to stick inside your locker as a reminder. If you will be leaving school early, ask your parents to call the main office or send a note with you to bring to the main office. You will receive a pass to give to your teachers.
